When the Door Fails and You Need the Car
Most emergency calls here are a broken spring or storm damage.
Find the manual release
The red handle on the opener rail. Pull it with the door fully closed, never part-way open.
Do not force it
A heavy, crooked or off-track door operated under power is how a repair becomes a replacement.
Say if a vehicle is trapped
It changes scheduling and what goes on the truck.
After a storm
If the door will not close properly following hail or wind, say so - it changes what we bring.
What we will not do
Quote a figure over the phone before anyone has seen the door.
